Invoicematic is a web-based invoicing and business management platform that allows users to create invoices, estimates, and track payments, expenses, and clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, particularly when handling your clients' personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicematic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your account and data after the export period
